ROLANDO ARMIEN

Coach Rolando Armien was born in Brooklyn, New York. Decedent of parents from Panama and Dominican Republic. An all around student of sports, he has played several sports during his career like baseball, basketball, volleyball and football. He has been a coach for over 10 years. He has been coaching Volleyball for the last 3 years. He took his 352 Elite 14 Lime to 5th place in the Gold division during the 2022 AAU Nationals. He loves teaching kids the fundamentals of the game, helping them reach their potential and goals. He has also been a member and director of a non-profit folklore organization in Central Florida for the last 30 years. They have organized events and promoted the Panamanian culture here in Central Florida and across the United States.
