In 2023, we made a big change by focusing on younger players aged 8 to 15 instead of elementary , middle and high school teams. This change was meant to give players more time to improve before going to college, and it has worked really well. Since then, our top-notch training and high-performance methods have become well-known in girls around Central Florida. Our teams often compete in the local and state tournament. Families and players love our coaches because of their exciting and effective training techniques. Girls from different cities and states are eager to join our training because of our great expectations.
